Urgent Church is renewing its continued commitment to leading the Next Gen to know God and Walk in His ways. This is not something new, but this is something that is more important NOW than ever before. We are taking our first step by focusing on building the foundations first in the Next Generation. We are collectively investing in the legacy of our children's future.

The Next 52 Days: October 26 – December 21
For 52 days, we’re committing to Battle and Build — strengthening the heart of our Next Gen ministry: Kids, Students, and Young Adults.
Our goal: Raise up 12 leaders and 68 Dream Team volunteers who will help us see a Generation Transformed.
Core Conviction: Letting the Next Generation Lead the way.
Text: Nehemiah 4:17 — “Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other.”
At Urgent Church, we believe we’re not just building walls—we’re building people. And we’re not just fighting battles—we’re fighting for a generation.
Our Focus Areas
1. Bigs (Elementary & Preteen & Large Group )
Creating fun, faith-filled environments where kids encounter God every week that is led by students through worship, prayer, and teaching.
Goal: 2 Team Leaders + 16 Volunteers

2. Littles (Nursery & Preschool)
Laying early foundations of faith and joy through loving, consistent care.
Goal: 2 Team Leaders + 16 Volunteers

3. Parents
Empowering parents to disciple their kids beyond Sunday through groups, resources, and family faith moments.
Goal: 2 Team Leaders + 12 Volunteers

4. Guest Experience
Ensuring every family feels seen, valued, and welcomed from the parking lot to pickup.

5. Students
We’re building a discipleship-driven student ministry that connects teens to God, mentors, and mission.
Goal: 2 Team Leaders + 6 Volunteers
6. Young Adults
We’re investing in the future leaders of the church — a generation hungry for purpose and community.

Ways to Get Involved:
- Pray for a Generation Transformed and Children to be built in the Lord.
- Serve in Bigs, Littles, Guest Experience, Parents, Students, and Young Adults.
- Give toward the Next Gen vision.
- Believe that God is building something that will outlast us.
The Result?
See children activated in their God given calling as sons and daughters of God who will become Ephesians 4 Men and Women.
Ephesians 4:11-16
And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness. Then we will no longer be little children, tossed by the waves and blown around by every wind of teaching, by human cunning with cleverness in the techniques of deceit. But speaking the truth in love, let us grow in every way into him who is the head Christ. From him the whole body, fitted and knit together by every supporting ligament, promotes the growth of the body for building itself up in love by the proper working of each individual part.
